RSF Coup and Rebellion: An End of a Governing System or the Beginning of a New Era?

To answer this question, I present to you from the introduction of the scholar Abd al-Rahman Ibn Khaldoun , excerpts from Chapter Twenty, entitled: On the Signs of Kingship Is Competition in Misguidance and Vice Versa

Ibn Khaldun says:
… We have mentioned that glory has a foundation upon which it is built and through which its reality is realized, which is fanaticism and clan, and a branch of its existence and completion, which is misguidance.
If kingship is the goal of fanaticism, then it is the goal of its branches and complements, which is misguidance, considering it an existence without complements, like the existence of a person with severed limbs or his appearance naked among people. If the existence of fanaticism alone without assuming misguidance is a deficiency in the people of houses and rulings, then what do you think of the people of kingship, which is the goal of all glory and the end of all lineage.
If we look at the people of tribalism and those who have gained dominance over many regions and nations, we find them competing in all good things, from religion, forgiveness of mistakes, tolerance of the incapable, hospitality to the guest, carrying everything, earning for the destitute, patience in the face of hardships, fulfilling promises, spending money to protect honor, glorifying the Sharia, honoring the scholars who carry it, stopping at what is specified for them to do or leave, thinking well of them, believing in the people of religion, seeking blessings from them, desiring to pray to them, being shy of the elders and sheikhs, respecting and honoring them, submitting to the truth with the one who calls to it, and the weak among themselves, giving in their conditions, submitting to the truth, being humble to the poor, listening to the complaints of those who seek help, being religious with the laws and acts of worship, answering them and their causes, avoiding treachery, aggression, deception, breaking promises, and the like, we know that this policy has been achieved by a child and they deserved to be Politicians for those under their control or in general and that it is good that God Almighty has brought to you.
And if Allah has sent down the kingship from a nation, He has led them to blameworthy things and pretexts and to follow their paths, so the political virtues are lost from them as a whole and continue to diminish until the kingship leaves their hands and is replaced by others to be a reproach to them in taking away what Allah had given them of the kingship and placed in their hands of goodness “And when We intend to destroy a city, We command its affluent ones, but they defiantly disobey therein, so the word comes into effect upon it, and We destroy it with [complete] destruction 17:16
