Paris Saint-Germain without thinking rejected Manchester United’s offer to include its star Manuel Ugarte this summer. Manchester United expressed interest in including Ugarte to support the midfield, and officially moved to include him, and Paris Saint-Germain justified rejecting the offer due to the weak financial compensation, as it was much lower than the club’s evaluation.
