Antoine Griezmann, the star of the French national team and Atletico Madrid, has made his decision regarding his future with the Roosters after being eliminated from the semi-finals of Euro 2024. “I still have the desire to continue my career with the national team.” He said.
The French star confirmed that he did not perform well with the Roosters at the start of their tournament, pointing out that he tried to adapt to playing in more than one position.
Griezmann (33 years old) is the second captain of the French national team after his colleague Kylian Mbappe, the Real Madrid star, who is 25 years old. Griezmann began his international career with France in 2014, where he scored 44 goals in 135 matches. The Atletico Madrid star is preparing for France’s journey in the European Nations League and the qualifying rounds for the 2026 World Cup.
