The Sudanese army SAF said that the armed forces SAF were able, on Thursday, to repel and destroy several failed attempts launched by the terrorist Rapid Support RSF Militia to attack the city in the Sennar axis.
The office of the official spokesperson for the SAF added in a statement, “The militia fled after suffering heavy losses in personnel and equipment.”
The statement added, “Our forces destroyed and received a large number of combat vehicles and armored personnel carriers in the Managil axis in Wad al-Hussein and Portbil areas, and the enemy suffered heavy losses in personnel in both areas.”
