Imports flow at Galabat Border Crossing

Director of Gedarif Sector at the Sudanese Standards and Metrology Organization( SSMO)Dr. Mishaer Khalil Idris, announced the continuation of work at Galabat crossing for all imported goods and conducting inspection and physical analysis operations at Galabat branch to serve the public of employers and importers and facilitate trade and remove obstacles.

This came during her inspection visit (Sunday) based on the directives of the senior management to stand on the volume of work in the field and determine needs and raise proposals and coordinate with relevant authorities to develop work at Galabat crossing.
The Director of the Galabat crossing, Col.Osman Al-Daw, expressed his welcome to the continuation of the work of specifications and standards at Galabat, affirming his cooperation with the organization to apply standard specifications to all goods imported through the crossing and activate the regulations and laws of the relevant authorities to serve the consumer and the national economy.
