The National Congress Party ( NCP) announced that it will not participate in any executive authority during the transitional period, and called on all political forces not to conflict over the transitional executive authority, as it does not accept quotas, even if the ministries are divided, so let them proceed together to prepare for the elections and beyond.
The National Congress (NCP) called in a statement for a peace that puts an end to the suffering of the people of Sudan, which their history has never witnessed, a peace that preserves their faith, unity, state, pride, dignity, land unity and sovereignty over it for the people of Sudan, and restores their rights and holds accountable those who have committed crimes against them.
It appealed to the leadership of the Sovereignty Council TSC to appoint a Council of Ministers for the transitional period from professional, non-partisan nationalists known for their competence and experience as an urgent necessity to confront the living conditions and challenges of production and services in the center and states and raise the efficiency of performance in state agencies.
It affirmed his firm attitude in supporting the armed forces SAF and under their leadership the security and police forces, the forces of the movements that signed the peace agreement, and the mobilized mujahideen as they fight their national battle against the rebels and their supporters, and his support for the decisions of Jeddah Negotiations Forum regarding the rebels leaving the homes of citizens and civilian dignitaries.
It appreciated the efforts of all friendly countries that seek to achieve peace in Sudan.
