Federation of Arab Exporters and Importers pushes an initiative to rebuild and open Markets in Sudan

Federation of Arab Exporters and Importers, Sudan Office, announced a national initiative to address the economic effects of the war in Sudan, reopen markets, and resume trade, including the Arab market after the war stops.
Dr. Mohamed Abdel Rahim, CEO of the Federation of Arab Exporters and Importers, Sudan Office, reviewed his initiative in a meeting held at the headquarters of the League of Arab States in Cairo, which included the Council of Arab Economic Unity, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Council, Ambassador Mohamed Ahmed Al-Ni, and the National Fund for Housing and Reconstruction, in the presence of Dr. Al-Hadi Abu Dhafeer, and the Federation of Arab Exporters and Importers.
The meeting was chaired by the Assistant Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Dr. Ahmed Al-Sharif, and Dr. Mohamed Abdel Rahim Ali, CEO of the Federation of Arab Exporters and Importers, Sudan Office, confirmed that the initiative to open markets in the capital, Khartoum, and resume economic activity has been launched by activating the role of Arab development in Sudan and the participation of all Arab economic entities, most notably the sisterly State of Qatar.
Abdul Rahim pointed out that the meeting adopted an urgent visit to the states of Qatar and the Sultanate of Oman, expecting that it would create a horizon for a deep strategic partnership that would push for a developmental depth in the fields of exports and imports between the Arab countries as a whole under the auspices of Qatar, in addition to activating the role of charitable organizations, which is an urgent role and will be coordinated to support Sudan in resolving the existing crises and putting forward proposals to rebuild what was destroyed due to the war and solve the urgent problems represented in providing strategic goods and essential needs and providing life requirements to restart infrastructure projects, particularly since the country is expected to witness a flood and rain crisis addition to the need for agriculture to finance.
