Pogba: I am waiting for the appeal… and this is my goal

Frenchman Paul Pogba, the Juventus midfielder, admitted that he is waiting for the outcome of the appeal (the date has not been determined) against the decision to suspend him from playing football for four years. The French star was suspended due to doping, after the player’s antigen test was confirmed positive.
“All roads lead to the resumption date, and until then, my goal is to maintain my fitness and wait.” Pogba said.
“Football has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. However, I have my family, my faith, my friends and the fans who have supported me which makes things easier. Everything will be fine.” He added.
The anti-doping court had suspended Pogba on September 11, 2023. On October 6, the positive test was confirmed, before he was ruled out for four years in February of this year. It is noteworthy that Pogba has a contract with Juventus until June 30, 2026.
