Egypt Plans to Restore Oil and Gas Production to Normal Levels by 2025

Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly announced during a press conference on Thursday that Egypt plans to restore oil and gas production to its normal levels starting in 2025 in collaboration with foreign partners.
Egypt aimed to become a regional hub for liquefied natural gas (LNG) following a series of recent discoveries, such as the giant offshore Zohr gas field, which holds an estimated 30 trillion cubic feet of gas reserves.
