Militias Accused of Hindering Aid

Sudan Events – Follow-ups
The displaced people in Zamzam Camp in North Darfur are facing a severe humanitarian crisis due to the ongoing conflict and the imposed siege.
The displaced live in dire conditions, lacking food, medicine, and clean water, and suffering from insecurity. This has led to the spread of famine and disease, with rising mortality rates among children and pregnant women. Displaced persons have accused the RSF of obstructing the delivery of humanitarian aid and exacerbating the situation in the camp.
