Citizens of North Kordofan Complain About the Continuous Rise in Prices of Essential Goods

The Governor of North Kordofan, Abdelkhaliq Abdel Latif, conducted an inspection tour of the large White Market, accompanied by the Director-General of the Ministry of Finance, and listened to the citizens’ and traders’ conditions during his tour. Several citizens stated that the market is continuously rising, especially for essential goods, pointing to the weak commercial activity these days. They mentioned that the autumn season cuts off roads, reducing the flow of goods.
