Two Killed in Russian Bombing on Ukraine’s Kharkiv Region

The governor of Ukraine’s Kharkiv region reported that two civilians were killed and eight others injured today (Saturday) in a Russian bombing on a village in the region.
Governor Oleh Syniehubov stated on Telegram that Russian forces bombed the village of Cherkaska Lozova with guided bombs, causing destruction to a residential building. Rescue workers and paramedics are working to clear the rubble and assist the injured.
Towns and villages in the Kharkiv region, which borders northeastern Russia, have been subjected to repeated aerial and artillery bombardments by Russian forces during the ongoing 30-month war.
Local authorities reported that seven people were killed on Friday in a similar Russian attack on the city of Kharkiv, the regional capital.
