Khartoum Takes Measures to Combat Negative Phenomena and Theft

   The Khartoum Security Affairs Coordination Committee, chaired by Khartoum Governor Ahmed Osman Hamza, affirmed during its meeting on Thursday that the criminal and security situation is stable due to the joint patrol’s significant efforts to counter security threats, fight crime dens, arrest criminals, and secure markets.
   The committee took several measures to intensify efforts to combat negative phenomena and theft and directed the security cell to enforce stricter controls on certain behaviors and practices.
   The committee also called for the continued enforcement of the ban on motorcycles and unregistered vehicles, along with ongoing campaigns to control foreign presence and enforce the restriction on tea vendors after 5 PM.
