Cholera Outbreak in River Nile: Over 2,000 Cases Reported

The Ministry of Health in River Nile state has reported new cases of cholera.
According to the daily report from the Epidemiology and Outbreak Control department, 177 new cholera cases were reported, with the highest number in Al-Damer locality (120 cases), followed by Atbara (37 cases), and Berber (19 cases), with one case in Abu Hamad locality.
The total number of cases in isolation centers reached 333, with cumulative infections in the state now at 2,064, and the cumulative death toll rising to 55. Meanwhile, the number of recoveries has risen to 1,676.
