Sudan Events – Follow-ups
The Sudanese Doctors’ Network reported that four people were killed and 16 others injured, including five children, in an attack launched by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) on the village of “Hajo” in the southern part of Al Jazira state.
In a statement on Tuesday, the network said that the injured were transferred to Al Managil Hospital, where some are in critical condition.
The network condemned the “heinous crime” against unarmed civilians and held the RSF responsible for repeated attacks on villages in Al Jazira state.
The network emphasized that the continuation of these attacks worsens the humanitarian situation in the region and leads to increased forced displacement of residents who are living in dire conditions due to the collapse of security and services in the state.
