The High Committee for Atbara Airport Renovation Calls for Continued Support

The High Committee for the Renovation of Atbara Airport held its regular meeting at the Ministry of Infrastructure in Atbara, chaired by Abdullah Al-Saem, head of the financial committee stemming from the High Committee, with the participation of Osama Majzoub, Executive Director of Atbara Locality, Abdul Wahab Muhammad, the airport director, and all members.

The meeting discussed the level of implementation of renovation and modernization work, in addition to the requirements to achieve the final desired outcome. The committee called for continued support from all relevant bodies in the state and finding sources of funding to complete all airport facilities according to the required international airport standards.
