Harry Kane Worried About Bayern Munich’s Defense

Bayern Munich and their striker Harry Kane are scoring plenty of goals under new coach Vincent Kompany, but the English forward believes the team remains vulnerable.
Despite Bayern’s 9-2 win over Dinamo Zagreb in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday, becoming the first team to score nine goals in a single match in the competition, Kane expressed concerns about the two easy goals Bayern conceded early in the second half.
Speaking to DAZN after the match, Kane said: “We need to learn. We’ve already talked this season about maintaining our first-half performance throughout the game. Every first half we’ve played this season has been excellent. But in the second half, our level drops a bit.”
He added: “We won against Dinamo Zagreb because we were able to raise our level again, but against stronger opponents, we could be punished for this.”
Bayern has scored 24 goals in just five matches under Kompany (including nine from Kane), but the team has yet to face top-tier opponents.
