Member of the Sovereignty Council Salah Adam Tour stated that the leadership of the Sovereignty Council spares no effort in providing all that is necessary to develop the military’s operations and tighten the army’s control over all fronts.
Tour, accompanied by Kassala Governor Major General (R) Al-Sadiq Mohammed Al-Azraq, inspected the 11th Division Command in Khashm El-Girba and ensured the overall security situation in the city. He also assessed the readiness of the 11th Infantry Division and the supporting forces in countering any disruptive activities that might threaten the region’s stability.
He promised to overcome all obstacles to enhance the capabilities of the division and its stationed forces to prevent any threats to Kassala State’s security and the safety of families who had sought refuge in the state from rebel violence. The commander of the 11th Infantry Division pledged to continue supporting the front lines and advancing all sectors in Khartoum, Sennar, and Fao.
