About 14 minutes later, the Senegalese striker found space between West Ham defenders, receiving a pass from Moisés Caicedo to double Chelsea’s lead.

Just one minute into the second half, Jackson passed to Cole Palmer on a counterattack, with the England forward finishing from the edge of the box.

Chelsea, who defeated Bournemouth 1-0 last Saturday, climbed to second place in the Premier League standings ahead of the rest of the weekend’s matches.
