Israeli Army Kills Hamas Network Leader in Southern Syria

The Israeli army announced on Saturday that it had killed the leader of a Hamas network in southern Syria.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee stated: “Last night, air force fighter jets, under the guidance of military intelligence and the northern command, eliminated Ahmed Muhammad Fadl, leader of the Hamas terrorist network in southern Syria.”
Adraee added that Fadl was responsible for several operations against Israel from southern Syria, including launching rockets towards the Golan Heights. He also noted that Fadl was killed while planning another imminent terrorist attack. The Israeli army vowed to continue targeting and eliminating Hamas operatives wherever they operate.
