Three Million Pounds from “Zakat” for Injured Soldiers in Shendi

The Executive Director of Shendi Locality, Khaled Abdul Ghaffar Al-Sheikh, reviewed the performance of the Zakat Chamber during the previous phase. During his meeting with the Chamber’s Director, Ayoub Ahmed Abdul Majid, he praised the significant role the Zakat Chamber continues to play in supporting the armed forces, the wounded soldiers, and vulnerable groups, in addition to assisting people with special needs and shelter centers.

Ayoub Ahmed Abdul Majid outlined the Chamber’s plans to support the armed forces and the wounded, as well as efforts to assist the vulnerable and those affected by floods and rains. He announced that the Chamber will provide three million pounds in support for injured soldiers.
