The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Mohamed Hassan Dahab, said that the Rapid Support Forces militia set fire to the ministry and destroyed all its contents.
He acknowledged that higher education and scientific research face significant challenges, but there is determination to achieve progress and prosperity for Sudan.
Speaking on Thursday at the Red Sea Ports Authority during the Forum of Directors, Deans, and Higher Education Institutions in the public, private, and community sectors, the minister confirmed that many higher education employees have been betrayed by the rebel militias.
