Putin: Relations with Iran are a “priority” for Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin affirmed on Friday that relations with Iran are a “priority” for Moscow, following talks with Iranian President Masoud Bezshkian, stating that the two countries share “very close views” on international developments.
Putin noted, “Relations with Iran are a priority for us and are developing very successfully.” He added, “We are actively working together on the international stage, and our views on global events are often very close.”
