On Friday, the army’s heavy artillery bombarded RSF positions in Khartoum and Khartoum Bahri from its bases in northern Omdurman.
According to Sudan Tribune, the army’s air force launched strikes on RSF targets in central Khartoum near the Republican Palace, with thick plumes of smoke seen rising from the area.
