Agricultural Bank Ready to Finance Farmers in Secure Areas of Sennar

The Minister of Production in Sennar State, Hadi Al-Sadiq, revealed that the Agricultural Bank confirmed its readiness to finance farmers in secure areas of Sennar and East Sennar to provide agricultural inputs and enable timely farming. After holding several meetings on financing the winter season, especially in secure areas, Al-Sadiq noted that farmers have long struggled with funding under the current economic conditions. He emphasized that, despite the war, significant crop production has been achieved in some areas. The minister commended farmers for continuing production even outside the state, and assured them that the government is committed to supporting their efforts.
