Iran Denies Any Link to the October 7 Attack

Iran’s mission to the United Nations rejected what it described as “baseless claims and fabrications” linking the October 7, 2023, operation (Al-Aqsa Flood), carried out by Hamas, to Iran, calling them “lacking in credibility.” The Iranian news agency (IRNA) quoted the mission as saying that any claim linking the operation to Iran or Hezbollah, whether partially or entirely, is false and fabricated.
