Sudan Events – Agencies
Ten-man AC Milan secured a 1-0 victory against visiting Udinese in a rainy Serie A match on Saturday, thanks to an early goal from Samuel Chukwueze.
According to Reuters, Chukwueze scored the winning goal 13 minutes into the game with a shot into the bottom corner following a pass from Christian Pulisic. However, the momentum shifted when Rade Krunić received a direct red card in the 29th minute for a challenge on Udinese’s Sandi Lovrić, who was facing the goal.
Udinese pushed to capitalize on their numerical advantage in the second half, scoring through Christian Kabasele in added time, but after a lengthy VAR review, the goal was disallowed for offside, ensuring Milan’s victory.
Milan is currently third in the league with 14 points, tied with second-placed Inter Milan and two points behind leaders Napoli.
