Harris Pledges to “Represent All Americans” after Biden Labels Trump Supporters as “Garbage”

Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic candidate for the presidential election, stated that she does not agree “with any criticism of people based on whom they vote for” in response to President Joe Biden’s remark calling supporters of Republican candidate Donald Trump “garbage.”

The Vice President said, “I will represent all Americans, including those who do not vote for me,” according to the Associated Press.

Harris, the Democratic presidential candidate, made this comment to reporters while preparing to campaign in three states. Her remarks aimed to ease the controversy surrounding Biden’s speech, less than a week before the campaign’s end.
