“Mig Exchange” Opens Branch in Gedaref

Mig Exchange Company announced the opening of its eighth branch in Gedaref. Company representative Ahmed Ali expressed hope that this branch will add value to the area. The company previously had 27 branches before the April 2023 conflict. According to Mig Exchange’s General Manager, Ahmed Abdulmohsen, this is the second branch to open after the conflict, following the one in Omdurman on Al-Wadi Street. He acknowledged the role of security forces in maintaining stability. The new branch allows residents to receive and send remittances worldwide in various currencies.
Abdullah Gamal Eldin Takron, Director of the Central Bank of Sudan’s Gedaref branch, commended Mig Exchange for partnering with Nile Blue Nile Bank. He noted that the company also signed an agreement with Western Union, the largest remittance company globally, which has over 500 branches worldwide.
