Standards Authority Resumes Consumer Complaints Service

Rahba Saeed, the Director General of the Sudanese Standards and Metrology Organization, reaffirmed the agency’s commitment to listening to consumers and clients, understanding their preferences, feedback, and complaints, and working quickly to address any issues. She announced the resumption of the complaint and feedback service through the dedicated number (1312) for customer complaints and (5960) for consumer complaints from all networks.
Rahba noted that while this service is being reintroduced in challenging times, it represents a significant step toward rebuilding a robust standards enforcement system and protecting consumer rights, in line with international efforts to safeguard consumer interests.
