The Sudanese pound has gained new ground after a decline in the exchange rates of foreign currencies on the parallel market.
Currency dealers reported that the buying price of the dollar in the parallel market on Friday dropped to 2,427.95 Sudanese pounds. The Saudi Riyal stood at 645.73 pounds, the UAE Dirham dropped to 661.56 pounds, while the Euro was at 2,555.73 pounds. The British Pound declined to 3,073.35 pounds, and the Egyptian Pound was at 49.00 pounds. The Bahraini Dinar reached 6,389.34 pounds. The Qatari Riyal rose to 667.01 pounds, while the Omani Rial stood at 6,389.34 pounds, and the Kuwaiti Dinar was at 7,832.09 pounds.
