Meeting Discusses Requirements for Atbara Airport Rehabilitation

The High Committee for the Rehabilitation and Modernization of Atbara Airport, chaired by Samir Saeed, Minister of Infrastructure and Urban Development in River Nile State, held a meeting on Saturday to discuss the authority’s contribution to the ongoing rehabilitation and modernization of the airport.
During the meeting with Musa Al-Qawm Al-Jahadi, Director-General of the Authority, in his office in Atbara, the committee reviewed the progress of the rehabilitation efforts and urgent requirements to classify the airport among international airports.
Musa Al-Qawm Al-Jahadi affirmed his support for the project, describing it as one of the country’s vital and significant projects.
