Sovereign Directives to Support Agricultural Requirements in Al-Jazirah State

Lieutenant General Engineer and Presidential Advisor Ibrahim Jaber, a member of the Sovereign Council, was briefed on Al-Jazirah State’s efforts to address the repercussions of the war and tackle the security and humanitarian challenges facing the state.
On Thursday, Jaber met with Al-Jazirah Governor Al-Tahir Ibrahim Al-Khair at his office.
He pledged to mobilize the capabilities of the Ministry of Irrigation and the Al-Jazirah Project Administration to repair damage to the project and to provide seeds and production inputs to ensure the success of the summer agricultural season.
Furthermore, the Sovereign Council member directed the Humanitarian Aid Commission to intensify its efforts to support affected individuals in Al-Jazirah State.
For his part, Governor Al-Tahir Al-Khair expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the significant attention given by the Sovereign Council member to the situation of Al-Jazirah residents. He emphasized that his government is making significant efforts to provide essential services to the citizens.
