Motasem Hajj Nour Mohammed, the head of the Sudanese Mineral Resources Corporation office in the River Nile State, stressed that the current situation in Sudan demands the adoption of advanced skills and techniques to accelerate work and increase gold production, a key resource for supporting the national economy.
Speaking at a training session for office staff in markets on Wednesday, he highlighted the importance of continuous training to keep pace with administrative and technical advancements, ensuring improved performance and the development of the mining sector during this challenging period. He reiterated the administration’s commitment to enhancing employee efficiency to achieve progress in mining operations.
The River Nile office is organizing intensive training programs in collaboration with the Renaissance Training Center. These programs target 107 staff members from market and administrative offices over five days, with the active participation of the state office director.
