Sudan Events – Agencies
Local residents in the town of Kabkabiya, located west of Al-Fasher in North Darfur, reported that the militia seized all Starlink satellite internet devices owned by citizens.
A local woman, Um Omar, told “Darfur24” that RSF forces confiscated all the Starlink devices in the Kabkabiya neighborhoods.
A local leader, who requested anonymity, confirmed to “Darfur24” that the militia seized Starlink devices and arrested some civilians on charges of cooperating with the Sudanese army and providing coordinates for airstrikes.
He added, “Around 80 Wi-Fi devices were seized from all neighborhoods in the town, while some individuals were allowed to continue using them.”
Warplanes carried out airstrikes on Kabkabiya on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, resulting in dozens of casualties and injuries within the militia’s ranks.
