The Ministry of Health in Khartoum State reported that the rebel militia continued its systematic shelling of residential areas in the Khartoum locality of Karari and Omdurman.
The shelling, which targeted the Al-Rawda neighborhood (a luxury residential area) and the Nile City, resulted in the injury of 13 people, most of them children, including an infant girl who was under one and a half years old. They were rushed to Al-Nou Hospital for treatment and received the necessary first aid.
