The exchange rates for the Egyptian pound and Qatari riyal showed a slight increase against the Sudanese pound in the parallel market, while the dollar price decreased, and the exchange rates of other currencies remained stable with no significant changes.
Foreign exchange traders said that the buying price of the dollar in the parallel market (Wednesday) dropped to 2400 Sudanese pounds, while the buying price of the Saudi riyal remained steady at 678.19 Sudanese pounds. The Egyptian pound saw a slight increase, reaching 48 pounds compared to 47.8 pounds on Tuesday. The UAE dirham remained steady at 694.82 pounds, and the buying price of the euro slightly rose to 2,684.21 pounds. The British pound reached 3,227.84 pounds, while the Qatari riyal was priced at 698.63 pounds.
