Urgent Request to Khartoum Governor to Address Omdurman Power Outage

The former Secretary-General of the Federation of Industrial Chambers, Abdulrahman Abbas, has renewed his appeal to the Governor of Khartoum for urgent intervention to restore electricity to the Omdurman industrial zone. He emphasized the need for power to enable factories to resume operations and supply locally manufactured goods to all secure areas.

Abbas urged the Khartoum Governor to promptly address the power issue in Omdurman while commending the governor’s efforts in various sectors.

He also expressed pride in the Sudanese army’s advancements in reclaiming several areas, inflicting heavy losses on the Rapid Support Forces militia, and hoped for the war to end soon.
