The exchange rates of foreign currencies against the Sudanese pound in the parallel market have shown notable stability at the last peak they reached.
Currency traders mentioned that the price of the US dollar remained stable at 2540 pounds during Friday’s transactions, while the Saudi riyal remained at 675.53 pounds. The UAE dirham was priced at 692.09 pounds, the euro at 2645.83 pounds, and the British pound at 3175 pounds. The Egyptian pound saw a slight increase, reaching 49.96 pounds, while the Bahraini dinar was priced at 6684.21 pounds. The Qatari riyal also saw a slight increase, reaching 699.72 pounds, while the Omani riyal dropped to 6512.82 pounds. The Kuwaiti dinar stood at 8193.54 pounds.
