Director of Mineral Resources Presents Support Convoy to the Batanah Mobile Unit

The Director General of the Sudanese Mineral Resources Company, Mohamed Tahir Omar, visited the Armed Forces stationed in the Batanah Plain. During his visit to the mobile camp in the Batanah Plain, he presented a support convoy to assist the stationed forces, emphasizing the provision of all forms of assistance to the Armed Forces as they engage in the battle for dignity. He praised the significant role played by the Armed Forces in protecting the country from external aggression.

Mohamed Tahir revealed the company’s substantial efforts to achieve progress in the mining sector and support the national economy during this difficult time the country is facing. He noted that the mining sector has achieved great success this year and assured that efforts are ongoing for further development and progress.

For his part, Major General Mohamed Saleh Abou Halima, Commander of the Batanah Plain Camp, expressed his happiness with the visit of the Director General of the Sudanese Mineral Resources Company. He confirmed the readiness of the Armed Forces to defeat the rebels and repel external aggression, revealing that the Armed Forces, other security agencies, the Sudanese Shield Forces, and other mobilized forces stand united and firm. He declared that victory would come through the Batanah Plain.

The Director General of the Sudanese Mineral Resources Company, Mohamed Tahir Omar, also visited the family of the martyr, Brigadier General Ahmed Shaa’eddine, Commander of the Batanah Region, in the presence of the head of the Shukria Tribe, Ahmed Awad Al-Karim Abusn. During his speech with the family, he praised the martyr as a symbol of heroism and courage, recognizing him as an icon of bravery and steadfastness.
