Official Discusses the Situation at Jebel Awlia Dam with the Minister of Irrigation

Member of the Sovereign Council, Salahuddin Adam Tour, was briefed on the performance of the Ministry of Irrigation and Water Resources, as well as future plans and programs to develop the water resources sector.
On Monday, Tour met with the Minister of Irrigation and Water Resources, Engineer Daw El-Bayt Abdel Rahman, who provided a briefing on the ministry’s ongoing projects, as well as the obstacles and challenges hindering the work of the ministry.
The meeting also addressed the situation at the Jebel Awlia Dam and the water projects in Gedaref funded by the Ministries of Oil, Energy, and Minerals.
