Increase in Crop Prices via Bank Transfers

The Nehood Market’s Commodity Exchange reported a significant rise in the price of shelled peanuts, with the price of one ton reaching 820,000 pounds in cash and 920,000 pounds via bank transfers, according to statements from the auction manager, Al-Radi Ali Baraka.
Al-Radi also mentioned that the price of a quintal of unshelled peanuts stabilized at 27,500 pounds, and the price of gum arabic remained at 200,000 pounds per quintal in cash and 210,000 pounds via bank transfers.
Sesame prices ranged from 65,000 to 70,000 pounds per quintal in cash, while hibiscus prices ranged from 35,000 to 40,000 pounds per quintal.
