Sudan Events – Follow-ups
A Sudanese minister called on the political and military leadership in Sudan, on Friday, to make an appropriate decision to confront what he described as Chadian aggression against Sudan.
Minerals Minister Mohamed Bashir Abu Nomo said in a Facebook post, “It is time for the Sudanese government, at the political and military leadership levels, to make a decision that suits the escalating Chadian aggression on Sudan, or at least for the ministers of foreign affairs, defense, culture, and information to meet and discuss coordinating efforts for security, media, and diplomatic responses to confront this brutal aggression, which is increasing every day.”
He added, “In this situation, we ask ourselves, how long will we endure while the aggression originates from Chad’s territory, escalating with new methods?”.
