Military Operations … Significant Progress for the Army

Since the beginning of 2025, the military theaters of operations have witnessed significant progress by the army, the joint forces, and the Sudanese Shield Forces, who are writing a great national epic to eliminate the remaining pockets of rebellion. This is happening while the militia continues to target civilians in the villages of Al-Jazeera, Darfur, and Omdurman. The militia is now gasping its last breaths in several fronts after the killing of hundreds of its soldiers and the destruction of its weapons and equipment.
Kabbashi on the Frontlines:
As part of his inspection of military operations, yesterday, the Transitional Sovereign Council member and Assistant Commander-in-Chief, General Shams al-Din Kabbashi, visited the Eastern region, accompanied by Major General Mohammed Abbas al-Labeeb, Deputy Director of the General Intelligence Service, and Major General Moatasim Abdullah, Deputy Director of the Defense Industries System. They were welcomed by Major General Amir Hakim, Head of the Fao Control, and Major General Khaled Mohammed Said Ahmed, Commander of the Second Infantry Division.
Full Briefing:
Kabbashi visited the front lines in the Eastern region and received a complete briefing about the military operations in the Fao axis. He congratulated the Armed Forces, other regular forces, and those mobilized for their victories on all fronts. The Deputy Commander-in-Chief praised the high morale of the soldiers, their determination to protect the land and honor, and to expel the mercenaries from every inch of the homeland.
The Militia Continues Bombing:
The rebel militia continued its systematic bombing against civilians in Omdurman, Karari, and East Nile. The bombing carried out by the militia on Saturday resulted in the death of four people and the injury of 43 others with varying degrees of injuries. 22 injured people were rushed to Al-Nou Teaching Hospital for treatment, seven to Abu Saad Hospital, and 14 to Al-Ban Jadeed Hospital.
Ministry of Health Condemns:
Dr. Fath Al-Rahman Mohamed Al-Amin, Director-General of the Ministry of Health in Khartoum State, condemned the continued and systematic targeting of unarmed civilians in safe areas of Khartoum. He also condemned the attack and bombing on the Wad Al-Bakhit area, which resulted in the death of four citizens and the injury of 43 others.
Northern State Supports the War of Dignity:
In support of the War of Dignity, the Northern State launched the Third Strategic Battalion, in the presence of Abd al-Din Awad Allah, Governor of the Northern State, and members of his government. The Executive Director of the Dalgo locality, Madthar Sharaf al-Din, congratulated the Sudanese people on the glorious Independence Day and the victories achieved by the Armed Forces and their supporting forces in the military theaters. He confirmed the readiness of the Strategic Battalion to protect the state and Sudan and praised the contribution of the expatriates from the Ardwan area in the developmental projects in the locality.
Resistance is Ready:
In this context, Major General Dr. Abdel Rahman Faqiri, Deputy Chairman of the Popular Resistance in the state, praised the executive administration of the Dalgo locality for its support and sponsorship of the popular resistance programs and the mobilized forces. He confirmed their full readiness to repel any aggression. He stated that the formation of the strategic battalion and the launch of its operations sends a clear message to the enemies of the homeland that the popular resistance is ready to confront the enemy outside the state’s borders and foretold the imminent victory over the rebellion and its allies.
Unified Heart:
Major General (Ret.) Azmi Hassan Ali, Chairman of the Popular Resistance in Dalgo locality, pointed to the formation of the strategic battalion in the locality under the supervision of the Armed Forces. He thanked everyone who participated in the preparation and organization of this event. The major general prayed for the souls of the martyrs and confirmed that the doors of the Armed Forces are open to anyone capable of carrying arms to join. He added that all regular forces and the popular resistance are united as one, confirming that Sudan will not fall from the state.
Civilian Death:
In the Darfur axis, the joint forces continue to achieve victory after victory over the militia in various military theaters in Darfur. The militia continued its bombing of Al-Fasher city and the Saudi Hospital, and a civilian, Amjad Sasi, was killed by a stray bullet in Al-Fasher. The militia had previously killed his mother weeks ago with a shell that targeted their house near the Al-Fasher market. The doctors at the Saudi Hospital continue performing surgeries and treating civilians despite the ongoing bombardment by the militia and the systematic targeting of civilians in the city and displacement camps.
Fabricated Statement:
The joint forces allied with the army denied what they described as a “fabricated statement” regarding airstrikes on the Rapid Support Militia in the Kalbas locality in West Darfur. They confirmed that the statement is entirely false and has no connection to them. The official spokesperson of the joint forces for the armed struggle movements issued a clarification stating: “We received a fabricated statement from the sources of the Rapid Support Militia and their political allies, bearing the name of the joint forces for the armed struggle movements – West Darfur Axis, in the name of Captain Abdul Hamid Abdullah (Richard). The statement talks about fictitious airstrikes on the Rapid Support Militia in the Kalbas locality in West Darfur. We categorically confirm that this statement is entirely false and has no connection to the joint forces.”
The joint forces emphasized that they have not issued any statement related to the “Air Eagles” or alleged operations in Kalbas, and strongly condemned the use of their name to promote misleading information. Major Ahmed Hussein Mustafa, the official spokesperson for the joint forces, called on the people and the media to verify the authenticity of any statement or news attributed to the joint forces, relying only on statements issued by the official spokesperson, published on the official pages of the joint forces.
