Sudan is participating in the Islamic Development Bank Governors Forum scheduled to be held on Sunday in Medina, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Jibril Ibrahim, Minister of Finance and Economic Planning, is leading the Sudanese delegation, which includes the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Sudan, as well as technical staff from the Ministry of Finance and the Bank.
The consultative forum aims to bring together the governors to improve the quality of consultations necessary for guiding the bank’s strategic planning process.
