The Sudanese Armed Forces condemned the “individual violations” that recently occurred in some areas of Al-Jazeera state following the liberation of the city of Wad Madani.
The official spokesman for the army stated in a report on Tuesday that the armed forces are committed to international law and are keen on holding accountable anyone involved in violations against any person in the state’s towns and villages according to the law.
He mentioned the close security coordination with the Security Committee of Al-Jazeera State to secure all areas and prevent any external parties from exploiting any individual violations to falsely associate them with the Armed Forces and its supporting forces, while remaining silent about the ongoing horrific war crimes committed by the Daqlo militia against civilians.
