The governor of Al-Jazirah Project visited some sections in West Al-Managil, starting with Al-Hamid section, Bayda office, Um Shadida office, and Al-Shwerif office.
The governor emphasized that the favorable field conditions demonstrate the farmers’ strong connection to their land and their ability to overcome challenges. He conveyed messages of hope to the world, asserting that Sudan will not face famine. He also shared congratulations from the highest levels of leadership for success across various areas, particularly the achievements of the winter farming season. The leadership has confirmed their attendance at the harvest celebrations. The governor expressed gratitude to the armed forces, other security institutions, and all partners who worked to protect the fields from rebel attacks.
The governor announced that, in its second century, the Al-Jazirah Project will witness a renaissance, integrating the latest global agricultural technologies.
