Foreign currency exchange rates remained stable against the Sudanese pound in the parallel market.
Currency traders reported a halt in foreign exchange trading in the parallel market on Thursday.
The US dollar remained steady at 2,650 Sudanese pounds, while the Saudi riyal stabilized at 706.66 pounds.
The UAE dirham stood at 722.07 pounds, and the euro was recorded at 2,704.08 pounds.
The British pound saw a slight increase, reaching 3,312.5 pounds.
Meanwhile, the Egyptian pound held at 52.74 pounds, while the Bahraini dinar and Omani rial were both priced at 6,973.68 pounds.
The Qatari riyal stood at 726.02 pounds, and the Kuwaiti dinar was recorded at 8,548.38 pounds.
