Sudan Events – Reports
The Sudanese army has issued new accusations against the United Arab Emirates (UAE), alleging its involvement in supporting the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia.
In a statement on Sunday, the army said:
“We have full details regarding all the weapons supplies that the UAE has been providing to the militia before and during this war, as well as information about flight routes and neighboring countries that have opened their airspace and land borders to facilitate this aggression.”
The army reaffirmed its determination to confront the militia and its collaborators, stating that it would take all necessary measures to counter this aggression until this conspiratorial project against Sudan and its proud people is completely eliminated.
The statement added:
“Since the outbreak of its infamous rebellion and its failure to achieve its strategic goal of overthrowing the government and seizing power by force in coordination with its political allies, the Dagalo terrorist militia has been systematically targeting Sudan’s national infrastructure. It has focused on essential public service facilities that sustain the lives of Sudanese citizens, including electricity, water, healthcare, and educational institutions.”
It continued:
“In this context, the Dagalo terrorist militia targeted the Um Dabakir power station last night, and before that, it attacked several facilities using various weapons supplied by the UAE to kill the Sudanese people and destroy their resources.”
