The Central Investigations Department in Al-Gedaref has recovered stolen goods worth 10 trillion Sudanese pounds from Khartoum and Al-Jazira states.
The Governor of Al-Gedaref, Lieutenant General Mohamed Ahmed Hassan, accompanied by the state’s police chief, Major General Issam Al-Din Mahjoub Mohamed Ahmed, visited the department’s headquarters to inspect the recovered items. The seized goods included vehicles, spare parts, agricultural crops, commercial merchandise, and other high-value properties stolen from Khartoum and Al-Jazira.
The operation led to the arrest of several suspects, and legal proceedings have been initiated against them in preparation for their trial.
